Dear ACE Families,
It’s a busy time here at Aspen Creek! We are gearing up for our biggest fundraiser of the year. The ACE Race is next Friday, September 18, and we are excited for a fun day together. Information has been shared about our building-wide prizes, as well as the raffle prizes for individual students. We hope many of you can join us at the middle school track next Friday during your child’s run time!
ACE Race Run Times:
K/1st Grade: 12:00-12:45
2nd/3rd Grades: 12:55-1:40
4th/5th Grades: 1:50-2:35
We will be asking for volunteers to help mark laps on the track. Parents are also welcome to join their student and run/walk on the track after their child completes their first lap.

Our Book Fair is happening right now! Be sure to stop in and check out the great selection of books.
🍩 Donuts with Grown-Ups
Join us for Donuts with Grown-Ups on September 15 from 7:00–8:00 a.m. All are welcome to enjoy a donut in the commons and browse the Book Fair together!
🚸 Morning Crosswalk Reminder
A quick reminder that teachers are outside at the morning crosswalk from 7:35–7:55 a.m. Please plan accordingly so they can return to the building on time to prepare for their classes.
If you walk your student to school, please follow the directions of the crosswalk teachers and do not pass or go around them. They are there to help keep our students safe, and we appreciate your support!
Also, in the event of a thunderstorm, specifically with lighting, staff will not be at the crosswalk. This hasn’t been an issue so far, but we want families to be aware should the need arise.
.🏈 Gretna East vs. Gretna High
Tonight is the Gretna East vs. Gretna High football game! A reminder that all elementary students need to be with an adult and seated by the adult they attend with. Please help us represent Aspen Creek well and show what it means to be a Guardian!
