o Have a deposit of $270 from Spirit Wear order
o Totals spent:
▪ Outdoor classroom: $6,206
▪ Holiday Meals for staff: just over $1,900
• Principal Update – Mrs. Kistler
o Ordering tables for the outdoor classroom
o Getting back on track with normal schedules
o Movie Night was good, around 15 families attended
• Aspen Appe/te Night Updates – Kim Johnson
o McDonalds on Tuesday, February 3rd
o We’ve only received funds from Kona & Chipotle
▪ Kim following up with the others
o Trying Scooters & Chipotle again
o What is the best way to get reminders to families:
▪ Shelby is searching for op/ons for mass text messages for reminders
• Mrs. Kistler checking to see if that is allowed
▪ Maybe consider adding a social media/marke/ng seat on the board for next year ▪ Looking for an economical option for reminder stickers

• Sticking with Fun Services, Shelby will book them

o Wristbands: $15 in advance, $20 at the door
