Things to consider in applications: Degree tied to education, volunteer experience at ACE, attended ACE
Must send funds to the foundation by Monday, 3/17
Applications are to be reviewed & chosen by 4/1/25
Carnival Planning
Game package: 8-$30 games, 7-$60 games
Justina Kolbe shared some ideas
Need to put an ask out for volunteers
Mrs. Kistler asking: Cheerleaders, NHS
Will take 2 weeks to get website set up; making handouts, social media posts, etc.; Shelby sending request for wristband sales at the door
Need to set up Sign up Genius for volunteers/cakes – send to Mrs. Kister first staff, then PTO board
Things to purchase: 100-2L of pop from HyVee, Oriental Training Co stuffies, hair paint
Already taken care of:
Purchased 2 CD players
Reserving cotton candy machine the day before so we can make it throughout the day
Will be looking for volunteers for a Planning Committee & an Execution Committee
Each station will have picture to help with set up
Prefer to have it outside, if weather permits; if not, will be held in the gym again
If we use QR code, internet can be opened up for the night

Staff Appreciation Week (April 14-18, 2025)

Theme: if you give staff/teacher a cookie
Day 1: Cookie (6-12 cookies each)
Day 2: Drink (coffee truck, Rally?, beverage bar)
Day 3: Shop (pencil sharpeners for classrooms
Day 4: Lunch (Mangia)
Day 5: Relax/Nap (sunshine cart – snacks, self-care (Chapstick, lotion), drinks, comfy clothes day); snack/dessert bar
